Seals question

Hi Riess,

I've noticed that the grab point on my lever has become much more vertical than normal lately, so I'm getting much less volume is espresso.

Are you able to let me know if this is because I need to replace group / piston seals?

yes, that is correct, it is time to replace the seals if the lever will not grab 45 degrees or more below vertical

if you are not aware there is a painstaking how to change the piston seals video in the permanent file of this forum
