Hello, we have a gastonomic restaurant and a no nonsense bistro on the first floor in Belgium. We just got started in the bistro with the londinium I, as we have very low water pressure in this old building we needed extra pressure, so we got the version with tank and pump and then got the plump in kit as well (as Reiss recommended us). Apparently we were the first to do this, well it works!! Very happy with our new machine. The whole specialty coffee experience is pretty new to us but we love what we've tasted so far, an entire new world opens up!
