our machines are either simple in design (londinium r) or very simple (londinium i/ii/iii) and any competent espresso machine technician will find them one of the easiest machines they have worked on

we usually despatch the parts the next business day and in germany you would receive them the day after that, or they could be send directly to the espresso machine technician of your choice at your instruction
