When are machines billed?
Considering an LR with my US income tax return money which is still pending.
When/how do you bill credit cards for machines? At time of order submission or at time of shipping? Or deposit and remainder at shipping, etc?
I am assuming there is a queue of machines in backlog to be worked through before 'my' machine would be shipped. What kind of lead time are would we be estimating for a machine ordered this week? Trying to balance the get in the machine queue now vs waiting till I have the 'check in hand'.

at the moment all i can get is one production slot a month - february has been, so the next one is in march, around the 15th i would expect
a build takes about 5 working days and then we ship
shipping to the USA varies from next day to a week
