Swapping Heating Elements

Hello - is it possible, at a later time, to swap a higher wattage 240v element into an L1 set up for US 110V?

anything is possible, but i dont recommend it

240V is generally available in US houses built in the last 30 years - required to support high current devices like air-conditioning

Hi Reiss,

The circuit is easy enough for an electrician to set up, is your concern about the machine itself? I thought I read about US customers buying higher voltage/wattage machines, so was wondering about a retrofit.

you'll need to change the element, the gicar, the solenoid, the pump
