Shipping Charges
My last order from the online Store totalled £87.41, which included 20% VAT. It was delivered to me a couple of weeks ago, but I have since received an invoice from FedEx for £19.13. This is broken down into £7.13 for "Original VAT" and £12.00 for "Advancement Fee".
Is this right or has FedEx made a mistake?
(BTW, the online invoice lists DHL as the shipper, not FedEx. Do they co-operate?)

if it came to you via FEDEX then i would have had to supply some items from here in New Zealand
as a result you have been hit with those extra charges which isn't fair
if you email me i will reimburse you the GBP19.13
