Tamping pressure
Interesting topic brought by Reiss... I do not use much more than 3.5 kg either.... But I would say that this is a characteristic of a single spring lever espresso machine... 3.5 kg tamping pressure with a pump would not be any good... The coffee would piss trough the pf... So the 10-15 kg target do make sens with a pump machine...
