16.9g Ebony Coffee Roasters FTO Congo, medium roast - very fine grind, 16 second pre-infusion for about 22g out. A kaleidoscope of flavour, starting with a zappy, grassy-sweet acid and finishing with chocolate hazlenut goodness. So good I don't want to brush my teeth before work :-)
