Dead LI

After my morning round of pulls my LI today it went dead. I thought it might have been the breaker but there is power to the outlet. The contacts on the p-stat look fine.

Pointers to what wires to check for 110v, etc.?

If completely dead then the Gicar box will need to be replaced
