Tije, a friend of mine, is developing a fun and simple home built coffee roaster. The current prototype roasts batches of 500g:

    We were using generic beans that I had left and earlier roasts from these just tasted generic too but next time, now that the profile is so smooth, we will use fine beans and then I'll be excited to taste them!
