Hi Reiss,
I thought it was about time for a big thank you to you and the company.
My machine arrived a few days before we had a break away from home. It's only about 10 days since I returned and each extraction is easy, full of flavour.
While many have seen the videos that Frans and I put together, the routine is simply, straight forward, clean and very consistent.
For a new buyer, to have your assistance available via FaceTime or Skype was great. Having people on the forum like Frans, Stephen and others including yourself, has educated and guided me to adopt the best barista practices for the Londinium. That is just awesome!
