thank you for posting your question here
1. don't use water with a composition that will result in limescale formation in the boiler of the machine - that is the golden rule
2. wipe the milk residue of the steam wand thoroughly after use - the same as any other espresso machine
3. a bit of a rinse/clean of the bottom of the group to remove the coffee grinds, the same as any other espresso machine
