Hello, I had the pleasure of having coffee from the Londonium R while in England this last week and was thinking about getting one for my home. I live in North Los Angeles County and wanted to know if you have any reps that can support the machine out here? Thanks

We have machines in 65 countries and support them all to a high level with rapid support times and no call centre numpties
As long as you are a handyman with your own tools and a space to use them we will be able to direct you how to repair your machine when the time arrives
If you do not consider yourself to have handyman skills then don’t buy our machines; this basic rule works well, we never try to talk anyone into buying our machines
