Almost always when the L1 was off for about 10 hours, then the pump jumps but only buzzes, but you can easily solve the problem again if you loosen the line after the pump only a little with a 13 mm open-end wrench. .., then the pump can start again ... ??? See video

Just replace the pump - you’ve had the expected service life from it; they are not designed to be repaired
