Dripping from group head

Hi everyone,

I bought a used Londinium 1 about a year ago. So far its been great!
Two days ago I noticed an occasional drip from the group head when the machine is warm.
The dripping has since then become more frequent.
I have taken a short video with my phone so you can asses the issue.
Is it the seals that need changing and should I stop using the machine until I can get the parts to fix the problem or can I keep using it?
I know very little about the mechanics of all this, so excuse me if my question seems benign..
